Air Conditioning Cleaning

• Remove debris

• Clean and sanitize coils

• Check health of Capacitors

• Ensure unit is sealed

• $50 per unit

Black Tank Sanitization

• Flush tank and break up solids

• Sanitize tank with bleach and add tank treatment

• $40

• Inspect and repack bearings

• Inspect and adjust brakes

• Grease suspension fittings

• $125 per axle for light duty (5-lug)

• $150 per axle for medium/heavy duty (6/8-lug)

Battery Maintenance

• Check water levels and top off as necessary

• Clean battery terminals

• Test battery

• $20 per battery

Roof Maintenance

• Inspect, checking for water damage and sealant condition

• Add/Replace sealant as needed

• Replace broken/cracked vent caps, skylights, etc

• Repair membrane damage

• Inspection is free, all maintanance and repair is charged at $50 per hour plus materials.

Plumbing Repair

• Diagnose and repair leaks

• $50 per hour plus materials

General Handyman Type Services

• $50 per hour plus materials

Service Call Fee

• 0-10 miles: no charge

• 11-20 miles: $25 flat rate

• 21+ miles: $2 per mile
